Crash Gregg REALTOR
A North Carolina native, Crash moved to Raleigh in 1983 and fell in love with the city and the entire Triangle area. The people, the landscape, and the business community all captured his mind and heart. He’s called Raleigh home ever since.
Crash is a serial entrepreneur and business owner, founding six companies in the last 17 years. He has also helmed the marketing efforts of several Triangle dot coms, a software development company, and a nationally acclaimed comedy club, as well as held “traditional” jobs at IBM, GlaxoSmithKline, and Nortel.
After years of assisting friends and peers with helpful recommendations and referrals on both commercial and residential real estate, Crash decided to make his supportive role official by obtaining his real estate license and hanging his hat with Century 21. He chose Century 21 because of their national presence and well-known reputation for superior customer service. After meeting Steven Norris, he decided to join the Norris Team of Century 21, located at 404 Glenwood Avenue. Crash was sold on the team’s success in building their team, employee support, and a true commitment to their clients. He plans to focus a large percentage of his attention on the densely populated areas of downtown Raleigh, inside the beltline, North Hills, and North Raleigh for residential realty (buying and selling) as well as commercial sales, purchases, development, and leasing. Crash is, of course, more than happy to assist new clients in other areas of the Triangle.
In his spare time, Crash is Publisher and Editor for Triangle Downtowner Magazine, BOOM! Magazine, and Executive Director for Hurricane Public Relations, a non-profit marketing firm.
Crash is looking forward to working with new real estate clients this year, utilizing his thousands of business and personal contacts, his magazines’ reach and exposure, and his 25+ years of marketing experience. Give Crash a call anytime with any real estate needs you may have, 919.828.8888.
